Buckleguy offers a 30-day return policy during which you are able to send items back pending they are in their original packaging and in good resalable condition, free from any signs of use, with the following exceptions: -Riri zipper tape will not be accepted, as these are custom cut for your order -Opened bags of Chicago Screws, Grommets, Snap Fasteners, and Rivets (once opened they can not be resold) -Sinabroks Pricking Irons can not be returned with any use. Please note that the shipping costs for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
